La memorialista refirió como la sentencia de la referencia no ha sido cumplida por el ISS y la Sala no advierte la necesidad de que la Corte directamente adopte la tramitación del incidente de desacato, si se requiere asegurar el cumplimiento del precitado fallo.
Se decide NO ASUMIR la petición impetrada y por el contrario se opta por remitirla al Juzgado Cuarto Penal del Circuito de Barranquilla, para que determine lo que estime pertinente respecto a la solicitud de continuar el trámite de incidente de desacato.
